a continued
effort to
streamline
operations and
concentrate on
our core
business of PVC
manufacturing,
we find it
necessary to
announce the discontinuation
of our Roller
Shade Fabric
program,
effective June
30th, 2005.
With
fabric sales
dropping by 20%
since our last
price increase
in May 2004,
increasing
inbound freight
costs and the
unfavorable
weakening of the
U.S. dollar, we
can no longer
supply these
goods to
you.
We
know that for
some of you this
will impact your
business
dramatically and
we sincerely
apologize. We
hope that as
business owners
yourself, you
will understand
that we have to
make difficult
decisions, just
as you have to
from time to
time, in order
to remain
profitable.
Please
contact your
sales
representative
for current
inventory
balances and for
supplier
information if
you choose to
buy directly
from our
vendors. Thank
